New Air Conflicts Game Details

The Air Conflicts’ arcade style action-flight game series goes to Vietnam in its next installment. In Air Conflicts: Vietnam, airplanes and helicopters are both present, something new to the series. The story follows U.S. Air Force pilot Joe Thompson; a young and fresh pilot beginning to experience the brutality of war.

Air Conflicts: Vietnam combines both simulation and arcade-style playability in a popular mashup of gameplay. Throughout the course of the game, players will fly over twenty accurately simulated jet fighters and helicopters from the Vietnam War. During some missions, the player will have to leave the cockpit to operate guns to defend from attacks. If several fighters are used in a mission, each can be upgraded and equipped by the player, as well as controlling the entire squadron.

Features:

  • Air Conflict: Vietnam will have a strong story mixed with moments of heroism and some exposure to the dark side of war. Experience all the emotion with a dramatic musical score.
  • Aircraft can be switched between during gameplay, as long as it is part of the squadron.
  • All airplanes can be equipped with realistic weaponry based upon their real-life models.
  • Air Conflict: Vietnam is set in a realistic environment with arcade-style gameplay with some simulation elements, like limited ammunition.
  • There are several modes for both single-player and multi-player. Gameplay will not get old.

Air Conflicts: Vietnam is developed by Slovakian developer Games Farm, which also developed the last to Air Conflicts games. In third quarter this year, Air Conflict: Vietnam will hit the shelves for PS3, Xbox 360, Windows PC, Mac OS, and Linux.
